Bulla is a by product made from the creation of kocho, which is a paste made from the scraped enset pseudo-stem and leaf sheaths, fermented for 10 – 15 days. It is a traditional food product in Ethiopia and is made from enset (Enset ventricosum), commonly known as the “false banana”. Bulla is 100% organic, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, and Natural.
