Denbelale
Coriander from Ethiopia is also known by its scientific name, Coriandrum sativum L. One of the indigenous languages, Amharic, uses the term dembilal to refer to it.
It has the impression of having stems that are going upwards while the leaves are assuming various forms as they expand. On the other hand, their shapes are more rounded, and instead of being pointy, they have a subtle green tint.
Flowers appear on the plant prior to the production of seeds. Its blossoms might be white or extremely light pink, and each one is surrounded by a ring of tiny petals. The fruits have a form like an oval and are yellowish-brown in color. Each fruit contains two seeds.
The flavor of its leaves has been characterized as being rather strong. They have a taste that is warm and spicy, with a hint of citrus in the background.
