Korerima
Korerima is a spice from Ethiopia that is known as Grains of Paradise. It is the black (or sometimes brown) seed pods of a cardamom like plant, which is open-fire roasted until it is smoky and fragrant. Korerima is a popular ingredient in Ethiopian and Eritrean dishes, such as Kitfo (Ethiopian style steak tar-tar) and spice blends. Korerima is Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, and Natural.
